Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellation and refunds for services provided by Gul Software Ltd.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Our services are digital and provisioned immediately. If the service could not be delivered due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days for a pro-rated refund review. Amounts already consumed (delivered protection/traffic) are non-refundable.

How to request

Email admin@ozelns.com with your account and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
