These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Gul Software Ltd via OZELNS. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you accept these Terms.

1. Service

We provide DNS management, reverse-proxy and DDoS protection services on a subscription basis. Features depend on the selected plan.

2. Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal content, to attack third parties, to route unlawful traffic, or to abuse the infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate this.

4. Payment

Plans are billed in advance for the chosen period. Prices and taxes are shown at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability & liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last billing period.

6. Termination & changes

You may cancel anytime. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced. Continued use means acceptance.
