3. Subject & price
Digital DNS / reverse-proxy / DDoS protection subscription services. The price, tax included, is the amount shown on the checkout page for the selected plan.
4. Delivery & performance
Services are digital and activated immediately after successful payment; there is no physical shipment.
5. Right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (reg. 37), the right to cancel does not apply to digital services that begin with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement immediately after payment. By purchasing, you consent to immediate provision.
6. Governing law & disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers may also rely on mandatory rights available under the law of their country of residence.
